Fringe Benefits
The district provides, at no cost, to its full time employees a fringe benefit package
which includes major medical, dental, vision, and term life insurance. Part time
employees are eligible for benefits as outlined in district policy. District employees
who work 20 or more hours a week earn retirement benefits in the Public Employee
Retirement System (PERSI) according to PERSI guidelines.
