Forms and Documents Help

To find a form do the following

 --Simple--
Select form catagory (Business Office Forms, Business Office Reports, K-12 Forms)
By selecting one of these choices the grid below will fill with the selected catagory forms.
You can sort by the colums also by pressing in the up arrow icon, by pressing
it again it will sort the contents of the grid in the other sort order.

 -- Advanced --
To find a form first click on how to describe where you want the search to look
By Description; this will search all the form titles based on the text you input.

By Form ID will search for a form based on a Form ID,
if you are looking for a form with the number 3 and you then press the search button it
will return all forms with the number 3 in the form ID.
