Operations Committee Does: Setup and take down; sponshorships and marketing; greeters and traffic control; tree delivery


  • Setup is the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday after Thanksgiving at the Stevens Performing Arts Center.
  • Take down is the Sunday after Festival.
  • Tree delivery is the Monday after Festival.
  • Marketing includes designing and producing Festival advertising, Festival programs, distribution of posters, placing signs, trade tables at chamber, membership meetings, group presentations, selling tickets, getting sponsorships and recognizing and thanking psonsors.
  • Greeters, display monitors, and traffic assistance is needed every day during the Festival of Trees from Noon to 9 P.M.
